What We Need:
- You'll need an account with Aladtec with API access.
- Request API access when logged on to your Aladtec account by going to Setup > Integrations > Partners > and select First Arriving. Aladtec may charge a modest fee to access their API for any third-party partner, such as First Arriving.
- Please note that if you have modified any of the fields from the standard, TCP/Aladtec customer support will have to enable those fields to come to us in the API. Upon request of the API credentials, simply ask them to expose custom attributes for items such as certifications, training, etc...
